JAMB begins release of 2018 UTME results

JAMB spokesman said the 2018 UTME results are ready in batches and candidates are free to check their results.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB has started to release the results of the 2018 UTME in batches.

The Board's spokesman, Dr Fabian Benjamin confirmed the release of the results to Premium Times on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

Benjamin said JAMB has scrutinized the centres which led to the release of the results.

“The results will be released in batches, candidates are free to check,” he said.

JAMB delayed the results to preview before releasing them

Earlier, Benjamin announced that the 2018 UTME results are ready, but JAMB would delay the release of the results because there was a need to preview them.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB Registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede had also recently announced that it will take two or three days to release the results.

The ongoing 2018 edition of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination which started on Friday, March 9, will end on Saturday, March 17, 2018.
